CATS is required to identify and act on its risks and opportunities under ISO/IEC 17025. The register has been updated with 88 new items covering Commercial and Operations.

Focus on items you know. Skip any you are unsure of.

Scores are combined into team averages. The workshops focus on items where views differ and anything rated Corrective Action. Management then sets actions, owners and dates.
